• All New Products will be replace by Book My cctv company only.
• There won’t be any visit for demo on cctv or guidance. We will help you out through phone call or team viewers.
• Online Mobile view Support is not included in this AMC plan. However, we can guide you on the phone call to solve the problem but visit will be chargeable at cost of rs 500.
• Any interference of third party company, labour, engineer or vendors will be consider as breach of contract and contract will get terminated.
• 48 hours will be the maximum time to attend the issue and minimum 14 days will be the maximum time required to resolve the issue.
• We reserve all the right to replace the existing company camera or any other products with the other company or brands products.
• Services are chargeable in case client want any modification or changes in direction or setup.
